SPR instrumentation
The Autolab SPR instrumentation helps the scientist to analyze bi-molecular interactions in real time, without labeling requirements. An explanation of the surface plasmon resonance measurement principle is published in a separate application note.
The key features of our SPR instrumentation are:
- Scanning mirror optics
- Open cuvette system
- Sample recovery
- No large sample volumes required
- Large refractive index range (1.26-1.52)
- Combined electrochemical and spr measurement
- Custom modified disks and surfaces
- Biacore sensorchip adapter available
- Low total cost of ownership
The Autolab ESPRIT allows the user to perform high-througput SPR experiments using a fully automated system including a reference channel for temperature and non-specific binding compensation.
The Autolab SPRINGLE is the entry level to the Autolab family of SPR instruments. The compact design makes SPRINGLE an affordable alternative for electrochemists who want to acquire an SPR signal during electrochemical measurements.
The Autolab TWINGLE combines the above two instruments in a compact dual channel system.
All Autolab SPR instruments have sophisticated control and data acquisition software. If you want to make your own coated disks, Metrohm Autolab can supply you with a Spincoater. An optional slider is available to make use of the Biacore sensor disks.
