Autolab TWINGLE
The Autolab TWINGLE is designed for high quality, high accuracy measurements and is the economical choice for dual channel surface plasmon resonance measurements.
This small footprint, double channel instrument has everything you need to get started with surface plasmon resonance. It is a combination of the compact Springle with the reference channel of the Esprit in a value for money instrument.

The reference channel data can be used to correct for experimental errors and/or matrix effects. The TWINGLE is standard supplied with a normal cuvette, an electrochemical cuvette is optional.
The measurement noise, kinetic constant value range, concentration range and refractive index resolution can easily match competing instruments in the market at a low total cost of ownership.
The application areas are:
- Biosensors (in combination with amperometry/impedance spectroscopy)
- Conducting polymers
- Enzymes
- Membrane proteins
- DNA - DNA interactions
- Protein - virus interactions
- Peptide - antibody interactions
